On February 14, 2020, TTEC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), announced that Mr. Martin DeGhetto, Executive Vice President, TTEC Engage business segment notified the company that he plans to retire sometime in 2020. On August 13, 2020, in consultation with the Company, Mr. DeGhetto set his retirement date as November 2, 2020.
